WHAT YOU WILL NEED
For the various classes you will need the following:
Pilates Mat - 12 - 15mm thick
Pilates Ring (Magic Circle)
Small Pilates Ball
McKenzie Roll (for Lordosis)

This is a good introductory class to Pilates. We use small equipment in the various classes, but most of the exercises can be done without.
Please consult your health professional prior to joining the Pilates classes to ensure you are fit to exercise.
WHAT'S ON THIS WEEK
Live Session Monday at 10:40 AM and available On-Demand afterwards
Strengthen your Pelvic Floor. For optimum results complete the Live Session and repeat a further two times per week. We use small softballs and resistance bands in some of the exercises.
Therapeutic Stretch and Muscle Release
Live Session Wednesdays 09:30 AM and available On-Demand afterwards
You will be introduced to a comprehensive approach that includes stretching, fascial remodelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning and relaxation.
We use a foam roller in every session for the muscle release.
Live Session Wednesday 10:40 AM and available On-Demand afterwards
This is a great class if you have tense nerves like sciatica or any other tense nerves. You will learn simple moves to ease off the tension.
Pilates | Intermediate
Live Session Fridays 09:30 AM and available On-Demand afterwards
This is a great class for those with no injuries who loves a good workout!
We use small equipment in various classes, but if you don’t have any yet you can still participate in most of the exercises.
